Item Description
30x35" nice quality cotton fabric store sample sheet w/2.5x2.5" two-sided tag attached at top left. Front is marked "Eton Rural Fabrics/Made In England" along w/"Produced With The Consent Of Walter E. Disney And Ideal Films Ltd." Reverse of tag notes stock number and price plus text "Please Do Not Cut This Sample." Early 1930s. Farming motif w/bkg. comprised of grassy hills covered by choice graphics. Scenes include Mickey and Minnie riding a horse, Mickey chasing after a pig, Minnie feeding ducks, Mickey w/pitchfork and hay, Minnie as milkmaid w/buckets. Other animals around them include chicken, rooster and cow. Staples holding tag have surface rust. Fabric has scattered areas of lt. tan staining although affects very little any of the Mickey/Minnie images. Overall appearance for display remains clean. Fine. First we've seen in our 42 years.
