10x13” vintage 1930s bw photo showing Garbo posing in long white coat. “MC-41231” notation in photo area at bottom right. Bottom of photo has attached typed sheet which reads “Exclusive - Hollywood Fashions On Parade - This Smart White Flannel Sports Coat Was Designed By Adrian For Greta Garbo, Who Wears It In Her New Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Starring Vehicle ‘The Painted Veil’. The Scarf Is Of Blue Taffeta Featuring Small White Polka Dots. Gloves And Hat Are In A Matching Shade Of Blue.” Photo has some wear at corners but if matted would display Exc. Garbo has signed in green ink in upper left corner. Signature area is Exc. Comes with Hake’s COA.
