7.25x9.25” vintage sepia toned photo showing a young Dorothy, sister to fellow noted silent film actress Lillian Gish.(See following item #1276). Photo has “Hartsook Photo S.F. – L.A.” name in lower right corner. Photo has moderate handling wear with .5” clips to upper corners and has been signed in black ink “Sincerely, Dorothy E. Gish.” Signature is faint and blends somewhat but remains distinct upon close inspection. VG with Fine/VF signature area. Comes with Hake’s COA.
