Item Description
Lot of 4 silk hankies, each about 11” square. First is from Lewis & Clark centennial. Has embroidered text “Portland Exposition 1905 - Flo From A New Zealander” and includes many embroidered floral accents. Next 2 both say “Jamestown Ter-Centennial Exposition” and both with floral embroidery. Example showing “Capt. John Smith” also reads “Hampton Roads 1607-1907.” Two tiny 1/8” tan age dots. Last is multi-scene plus official logo for “Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition 1909.” Scenes include man in kayak, polar bear and Indian. Extremely clean group with only minor original fold lines. Fine/VF overall.
