Item Description
Lot of two. First is 9x9” oak base. 9.25” tall overall. Cast bronze bell 5” dia. at bottom. Mounted on original base with brass frame. Clapper mounting wire likely replaced. Bell still manually rings. Bell sides read “1776 Proclaim Liberty/The Old Liberty Bell/1926 Sesqui-Centennial.” Nice patina. Lt. aging. VF. Comes with 1.75x2.75x3” tall cast white metal bell paperweight. Sides of bell read “1776/1926.” Around the base reads “The Sesqui-Centennial Philadelphia 150 Years Of American Independence.” Lt. wear. VF.
