Item Description
19.25x29.5” rolled poster for Aug. 29-31, 1969 music festival that was attended by about 150,000 people. Concert followed Dylan’s extended recovery following his 1967 motorcycle crash. Dylan was accompanied by The Band as well as performances by The Who, Moody Blues, Joe Cocker, Blonde On Blonde, Ritchie Havens as well as several other British bands. Poster shows moderate handling wear with surface paper lifts to back corners from tape removal. Bottom left corner has 1/8x2” sliver off. Pin holes at corners. Few .25” tears at margins. .5”x1.75” area surface paper lift to right of Dylan’s portrait. 1” tear at top center margin. VG.
