Pressbook also offers brief synopsis for each chapter of serial as well as several bw photos and newspaper publicity articles. One page ad for “Victory Campaign” detailing advertising through Fawcett magazine group, publishers of Spy Smasher and Captain Marvel comic books. Two-page spread with red/green color scheme shows Spy Smasher comic books, serial one-sheet poster released by Fawcett to promote this serial. Also included are images of Spy Smasher button and membership card (offered as item #2043), news stand poster, rare fan photo and note advertising in Fawcett comic books, one showing Spy Smasher shaking Captain Marvel’s hand. Rest of pressbook is filled up with normal advertising including ad mats, lobby card and poster images including rare 3’x10’ banner, 6-sheet poster, 3-sheet poster, serial 1-sheet as well as 1-sheets for each chapter of serial.
