12.25x12.25” sleeve holds 12” record on the GNP Crescendo label. ©1980. Record is Mint. Album sleeve has been signed in ink by Don Adams (though this signature is slightly spotty due to type of ink used on glossy album sleeve). Bernie Copell (Seigfried, the KAOS agent on Get Smart) has signed in black ink. Co-creator and writer of Get Smart Buck Henry has signed in black felt tip pen as has Leonard Stern, another show writer. Margin wear to record sleeve but Exc. overall. Comes with Hake’s COA.
