15x22" mat contains original pen and ink art with charcoal highlights by Los Angeles Herald Examiner newspaper cartoonist Karl Hubenthal. Art has been matted to 10.25x17.5" and depicts "International Grand Prix" and shows realistic detailed images of 2 race cars with 3 separate cartoon images detailing the love of the race. c. 1960s.
