Item Description
3x4.5” base. 6” tall. Back of chair reads “Patd Dec 23 1878.” Chair sides read “Tammany Bank.” When coin is placed in upright hand, weight from coin lowers hand and coin is dropped into vest pocket slot. Head nods forward. Functions well. Back right corner of base underside missing small metal piece about .25x5” (causes no problem). Brass plate has been attached to bottom to function as replacement trap. Not visible when displayed. Replaced screw on back. Paint wear. Works well. Overall VG.
