Item Description
10.75x14x1.75” deep hinged lid display box originally contained 6 boxed “Dick Tracy Police” transistor radios by American Doll & Toy Corp (see item #1901). ©1961 Chicago Tribune/NY News Syndicate. Box has cartoon portrait of Dick Tracy as well as art image of radio. Radio features are listed – “Adjustable Shoulder Holster Detective Type, Secret Earplug 9 Volt Battery.” Die-cut lid has been punched for display and box has corner splits at back corners where lid hinge connects. 1.5” tear to center of front flap. Fine.
