Front cover is loose from book at spine but still attached due to cloth spine binding. Scattered handling wear, mostly at margins/corners. VG. Pages are lightly aged and clean. Fine. 10x10” with 52 page publication by M.S. Publishing Co. is copyright 1925 The Bell Syndicate, Inc. Vertical crease throughout entire book with 1.75” tear along bottom of fold on back cover. Cover still displays Fine. Pages have aged to lt. cream in color and have corner tip wear. Fine/VF. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
