Item Description
7x9”. 1950s “International News Photos.” Louis fought Carnera June 25, 1935 at Yankee Stadium and won. Reverse has I.N.P. ink stamp and info with names of Louis, Robinson and Carnera written in. Most of the additional text paste-on sheet has been removed. Superb photo of these 3 legends. Photo has nothing to do with the 1935 fight but apparently a boxing promo photo. Few Lt.creases only visible in reflected light. VF. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
