1-5/8” litho holds 4” ribbon reading “Alternate/New York Republican State Convention/White Plains/Sept. 27th 1940.” Some slight loss of brightness on a few of the gold letters on the ribbon but everything remains readable and overall VF. The litho button has a pair of exceedingly tiny 1/16” scratches but overall condition remains N. Mint.
