This 1.25” button features the most graphic design of the few 1948 Truman campaign jugates. At the very top edge, there is a tiny 1/16” ripple in the celluloid surface and this tiny 1/16” area is just a hair darker in tone than the surrounding cream bkg. The button remains equal or superior to most examples because it features perfect centering and only the most minimal degree of surface wear even under magnification so its resulting appearance is bright and glossy. Trivial oxidation on the metal reverse. A scarce and classic Truman button.
