Third is with eagle and shield design at center. This has tiny age dots at 10 o’clock and 1 o’clock. Last reads “Carter Again In 1980.” This has tiny but darker dots at 1, 3 and 4 o’clock and lighter even tinier marks between 9 and 10 o’clock. First we’ve seen of these.
