Foster/For Vice President Ben Gitlow.” Top edge has 1/16” paint chip with similar on extreme left edge at 9 o’clock. Other paint remains extremely clean. The reverse of the piece has brass luster and about 40% of this has tan oxidation spots but the pair of union bugs remain largely clear. A very solid example of a scarce and important Third Party jugate.
