Item Description
The sticker is 2-5/8x3.5” and has humorous photo of the wind having its way with McCarthy’s hair. The sticker is dated for 1968 with tiny text on bottom edge which has address for “McCarthy For President” group in Madison, Wis. Tiniest age traces but still with the reverse paper covering intact. The button pair is “McCarthy 68” in 1.75” size and “McCarthy Independent” in 1-5/8” size which we believe is from 1972. Latter has some air marks against the black bkg. under the celluloid but both buttons are essentially Mint.
