Item Description
Pair of decks measuring 2.25x3.5" made by Brown & Bigelow under the Remembrance Playing Cards name in the late 1950s. First deck features art by Elvgren consisting of a blonde beauty in poncho and matching boots sitting in the snow w/penguin on a leash as another penguin looks on. Art is titled "Warm And Friendly" and is imprinted w/initials "M&G." Deck has been opened but is complete w/54 cards (two Jokers included), game rules card and card company ad paper. Box has lt. wear but cards are N. Mint. Second deck features art by Mayo and consists of a nude woman kneeling on a white fur rug while reading a letter. Box is imprinted "Compliments Of Anthony's Service Station, Sherwood 7-9080 Plainville Driving School, Plainville Cab Co., Sherwood 7-2707." Cellophane wrapper for deck has split and chipped a bit but deck is sealed and Mint in box.
