These 2 pieces have platform bases and are attached to the axles so that when the toy is pulled along, they move as if racing one another. As toy is pulled, one will jump ahead for a second and then fall behind and this action is continuously repeated. Spark Plug is depicted wearing his horse blanket with “Spark Plug” name as well as “DeBeck” signature. Scattered tiny paint nicks/scratches. Trace of oxidation to Spark Plug base, Barney’s base has moderate scattered wear. Painted wheels have paint wear from use. Litho remains bright but VG/Fine overall. Scarce.
