Item Description
Male and female 20” tall Golliwog dolls by Deans Rag Book of London. c. 1930s. Both dolls complete w/Dean's tags under feet. Stuffed felt with hard plastic eyes. Female Golliwog has additional lace accent at shirt cuffs and collar. Moderate aging/wear with some insect damage to female Golliwog’s arms and shirt. Fine+. Male Golliwog has extensive stitching repairs at armpits and fading. VG/Fine. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake’s COA.
