Item Description
From same series of cast iron banks as #1375, also © 1975. 6x10.5x9" tall bank depicts male and female tennis players w/obvious likenesses to Bobby Riggs and Bill Jean King whose historic battle of the sexes tennis match took place in 1973. Comes in original but plain cardboard box which is VF. Comes w/certificate of authenticity and string tag describing this bank and promoting others by Wright. Mechanical action causes both figures to move as if vollying. Tiniest trace of wear. N. Mint and great design.
