Item Description
2.5x13x4.5" tall tin litho toy comes in box w/illustrated label on center of lid. 1950s by Hodson, Japan. Box has moderate dust soiling and aging, lid has one corner split but tight overall and Fine. Toy is nicely designed friction model of electric train engine w/pair of retractable pantographs. Each side of roof is marked "Pennsylvania Lines" and other markings include "EF. 5817, Lucky Star" design and small white bird image. Has a couple of .5" hairline scratches, other minute paint nicks. Toy remains glossy and Exc. w/working friction.
