Item Description
11.5” tall painted plaster figural base. 21” tall overall. c. 1930s. Front of base with recessed area possibly to hold company name plaque. Craze marks are visible on extended arm when viewed under close inspection. Tiny paint chip on nose, chin, back of hat. Not offensive. Original felt on bottom with maker’s name “Roman Art Co./Robia Ware/St. Louis, Mo.” Works. Displays Fine.
