Issue is “Dedicated To Made In U.S. Hero-Women.” Includes Milo Manara covers as well as his X-rated illustrations of Miss Lace and Daisy Mae from Li’l Abner. Non-Manara pages on “Hero-Women” include Caniff’s Burma, Gibson Women, Tillie the Toiler, Dixie Dugan, Diana Palmer, Dale Arden, Princess Auroa and more. Issue #1 from Jan., 1985. English, Italian and French text. 72-page format. “Glamour Will Be A Magic Spell…The Charm Of The Spanking Comics Of The Past, The Charm Of Old And New Pin-Ups.” Artists include Manara, Eisner, Steranko, Olivia and many more including some full color pages. Issue #2 from Apr., 1985 features the main theme of brothels and their importance in literature/film. Great photos and X-rated art including numerous full color pages. Issue #3 from Sep., 1985 is dedicated to “The Indiscreet Charm Of The Ass.” Manara covers. Four full color pages of Vargas pin-ups and much more. Issue #4 from Nov., 1985 is devoted to striptease. Features preview of Manara’s upcoming book. Includes “Adventures Of Betty Bow” a cartoon-like character created for Glamour who looks much like Betty Boop. Also has a take on “Little Nemo” called “Little Ego” in which girl’s body rapidly matures until she awakes from her dream. Issue #5 from Feb., 1986 features Lolita theme. Includes Manara art and Heddy Lamaar feature story. We’ve listed only a few of the incredible “Entertainment For Adults Only” magazine which feature superb graphics primarily devoted to the female form. Issues have st. cover wear and slight musty odor from long-time storage but will dissipate. Very clean copies. VF overall. Comes with 9.5x12.5” hardcover book featuring bw and full color erotic illustrations by Milo Manara. “The Art Of Manara” was published by Eurotica ©1994. Minor wear to dust jacket. VF with Exc. book.
