Auction #200 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1186 in auction 200
Item Description
Listed as Hake Hancock #3031. The pig is held to the light and viewing a tiny hole in its rear end reveals a totally crisp and clear image with text below the oval photo reading “Gen. Winfield S. Hancock/Our Nex (the “t” is missing as made) President.” The running pig is three dimensional and about .5x.5x1” long with a loop on its back for use on a watch chain. The solid metal is likely pewter or better quality white metal and it still retains about 80% of its black finish. Exc. Rare. Also see anti-Cleveland pig #177.
