Item Description
Unlisted in DeWitt and Hake but a mate to Hake Harrison #3206. Brass eagle is about 1.75x1.75” with 1.5” reverse stickpin. Pulling the bottom loop lowers the eagle wings to reveal cardboard photos. Images show some age but are clear and Fine. Brass loop at the bottom has a replacement cord. Mechanical aspect works properly to lower the eagle’s wings but the wings need a little push by hand to return them to the position covering the photos. The brass plate on reverse behind one wing reads “ Pat’d./July 10, 88/No. 18456.” Rare.
