Hake #125. 3.75” tall piece of celluloid which has a fold-over at the top bearing the name “Hoover” designed like a frame which would normally hold a cloth ribbon. However, in this case the ribbon itself is also made of celluloid. Reverse has bar pin with text “Patented April 26, 1927/The Whitehead & Hoag Co./Newark, N.J.” N. Mint displaying Mint.
