Item Description
2-1/8x3-1/8”. Minor tiny spotting on the reverse mirror silvering. Also down the right front extreme edge are 5 exceedingly small dark brown dots but they blend extremely well with the dark green color and really don’t detract much at all. There are a couple of similar marks on the left margin. Piece still displays Exc. Beneath his color portrait is text “Presented By North Street/Tavern/Willimantic-Conn.” On the left and right margins is the gold text “Our President May He Always Be Right/But Our President Right Or Wrong.” Rare and VF.
