Item Description
The first piece in brass luster is from 1936 and features jugate portraits on Liberty Bell design beneath the text “Democratic National Convention.” This has a pair of red backing ribbons accented by one silver star. The second piece has similar double ribbons although a little silver color off the star accent. This piece is in silver luster and 5” tall. The hanger has various symbols relating to the city of Chicago with that word beneath the word “Alternate.” On the piece suspended below, a pair of flags flank the U.S. Capitol dome also accented by a star design and the Scales of Justice. Text below is “1940 Democratic National Convention.” Tiniest wear on bottom edges of the ribbons but both are overall Exc.
