Item Description
4.5x6.5x2.25” tall. Heavy cast metal. Text reads “The Go-Getter ‘It Shall Be Done”/The Go Get It And Keep It Campaign/April-May/1938/National Honorary Award Presented To A Go-Getter/L.J.Ulrich/In Apprecition/Wm. E. Holler.” This text is all done in raised letters that have a lighter copper finish. A raised Chevrolet logo iside a ribbon design appears to the right of the facsimile name of Holler, the then General Sales Manager of Chevrolet. Cast metal body has a dark copper finish w/3/8x2.25” attached copper plate with name of award recipient. Name plate has same ligher copper color as the raised lettering. Designed like opened book. 1.5” long scratch at upper crease. Other lt. handling wear. VF. Interesting automotive sales award
