Item Description
10x13.5”. Embossed hardcover with bright silver luster text/accents. 168 pages. Hundreds of photos. Ten color pages. Many multiple photos per page. Wonderful views of the Expo and the many businesses represented there. Wonderful examples of Art Deco architecture and interior design. Many photos from the art exhibit. Elaborate displays with various dioramas, moving figures and live demonstrations. Every imaginable company is represented. No doubt an expensive exhibit for each of them. Hard to imagine elaborate deco displays for asphalt paint and dehumidifiers, but they were at this fair. A hard to believe array of photos. Best view book of the World’s Fair published. Wear on thick cardboard slipcover. Splits. Slipcover VG. This slipcover, however, has protected the beauty of this book’s cover and contents. Book is N. Mint and quite a sight to see. Additional photos online.
