Item Description
29” long from tip of wooden bottom to top of 6” long cast iron spring-loaded handle. Patent date of “6-29-09” incised on back of handle. 1909. Unusual cast iron mechanism shot caps via depressing top of handle. Overall wear and aging from use, handle has heavy patina. Oxidation to one of the thin metal strips inside mechanism. Wooden ball tip has .75” sliver of wood missing. VG overall. Unusual cast iron design.
