2.5” tall. Light dust and tiny area with hint of fabric separation on the white stripe of the ribbon. Fob suspended below depicts U.S. Capitol. This includes the name of the group as well as “Washington, D.C. 18th Annual Convention Dec. 10-13.” Wayne Wheeler of the Anti-Saloon League conceived and drafted the National Prohibition Act which passed 2 years later in 1919. Delegate badge is a very limited rare issue and in VF condition.
