Item Description
2.75x3.25x6.25" tall robot w/built-in key comes in illustrated box
w/display window. 1960s by Hiro, Japan. Box includes insert, back panel
features image of robot walking across planet surface. Box has some warping to
display window but it remains intact. Also has st. warp on right and left side
panels. Still tight and clean. VF. Robot's body is mostly hard plastic w/tin
litho face, chest, panel accents on legs. Variety w/upper body in red, arms and
legs are yellow. Chest design includes dials and gauges, at top center is
diecut opening where sparks can be viewed. These were issued both with and
without a red transparent cover at this diecut area. This is old store stock
and version without the insert. Toy works and walks forward and still produces
a spark. Mint as issued.
