4” dia. stiff thin cardboard has a bar pin held by a paper seal on the reverse as issued. Front side has 4 short strips of somewhat tanned cellophane tape around the edges. Issued to a “Delegate” at the “Democratic National Convention” held in Chicago apparently to decide policy at a “Final Forum On Vietnam.” Other than the tape, condition remains Exc.
