Item Description
7.5” long stiff celluloid with same “Trade Mark” and text on each side. Depicts mother elephant in clothing seated on a stool using her trunk to bathe her baby standing in a water tub with text on the side “He Loves It So.” End of the opener has tiny stamp by maker “W&H Co.” and item is c. 1900. One side has a little tanning to the celluloid and each side shows a little use but nearly all color and text remains complete. An early and rare advertising opener. Near VF.
