Item Description
1.5” litho typically just picturing the “Cub” bear in baseball uniform against the dark red bkg. However, this variety, of which we’ve seen about 2 or 3 times has bright gold luster letters “O U Shine.” Small speck of gold color off the letter “h” of “Shine” but o/w front remains Exc. with extremely little wear for a litho button. The brass reverse surrounding the inscription has many tiny dark dots but inscription remains easily readable as “Sunday Shine/All The Time/Cub/Shoe Polish/Only A Dime.” c. 1920.
