Item Description
Outstanding 1.5” button has backpaper reading “The Cincinnati Regalia Co. Cincinnati, O.” Button portrays Miss Liberty with the explorers beneath the title “Sighting The Pacific, 1805.” (Also see previous item). Button is affixed to ribbon badge by white fabric along its top edge. Badge is 6” tall plus somewhat tarnished silver metallic fringe at bottom. Silver luster on the top bar is not tarnished although does have a little brass show-through. Celluloid insert reads “Souvenir.” Silver lettering on red fabric reads “I.O.O.F. Day” followed by symbols of the Oddfellows fraternal group and date June 9th, 1905.” Only example we’ve seen and N. Mint with essentially Mint button.
