1.5” with covered metal back by Pin-Lock Co., Chicago. Uncle Sam in traditional rwb outfit sits astride donkey with surrounding text “Woah! Where’s That Carnival?/Benton Harbor, Oct. 11-14-’98.” Slightest trace of 2 tiny age dots above the donkey’s head but barely showing. Exc. and displays N. Mint. Comes with Hake’s COA.
