Item Description
3-7/8x6” single-sided bw paper with art replicating the first issue of “Captain Midnight” comic book series by Fawcett Publications. Text at bottom reads “This Is What Captain Midnight’s New Magazine Looks Like. Now On Sale At Your Newstand.” Issue was published Sep., 1942 and the cover featured Captain Marvel standing with Captain Midnight with word balloon reading “Meet Captain Midnight, Greatest Ace Of Them All!” to which Captain Midnight replies “Thanks, Captain Marvel!” Flier was issued with Captain Marvel club letters. Lt. aging but N. Mint.
