Cover has 1945 Detective Comics, Inc. copyright but Feb., 1946 date. Cover art depicts DC Comic superhero The Guardian watching as the Newsboy Legion parade around 2 crooks tied to telephone pole. This art was featured on “Star Spangled Comics" #49. An estimated 10 copies of this cover are known to exist. Lightly aged but Exc./N. Mint. Rare.
