c. 1950s lot consists of 9.25x12-1/8” French magazine “La Vie” and shows Baker on front cover reading 1957 issue of “La Vie” to 2 of her adopted children. Moderate handling wear with vertical crease at center. VG/Fine. 6-7/8x9.25” card with 5x7” attached color-tinted photo of Baker with 10 of her adopted children. Lt. handling wear and dust soiling. Fine. 6.5x.75” glossy bw news wire photo shows Baker with 10 of her adopted children and her husband waving flags. Text slip on reverse with archive stamps. .75” crease in upper left corner. Fine/VF. 4.75x8” bw candid photo shows Baker in swimsuit on the beach with 12 of her adopted children. Handling wear with 3” crease in lower right corner. Fine. Last items in lot are a pair of 4x5-7/8” scalloped-edge post cards, each depicting Baker with her large extended family. French post cards.
