7x7x5.5” tall. 1960s by Kanto Toys, Japan. Depicts 3 different children in tea cup cars which are soft plastic, vinyl heads with tin litho bodies. Rest of toy is tin litho and includes parasol top and base with great illustrations on all sides depicting amusement park with rides including roller coaster, kiddie train, octopus ride, merry-go-round, fountains, etc. Toy works and as the top unit rotates the individual cups also spin and a ringing bell sound is produced. Small scattered traces of wear but bright and glossy. VF. Neat action and great graphics.
