Mostly tin litho toy has 5.25” square base, height of 5.5” to the top of the attached plastic balloons. The “ride” has 4 arms, each holding a different colored car with figures of boys and girls. Great graphics on base including other amusement park rides such as merry-go-round, kiddie train, bumper cars, plus images of airplane, rocketship and flying saucers. Toy works and travels around with the arms moving up and down as a bell rings. Scattered small traces of wear including paint nicks. Glossy, Fine.
