5.5” tall depicting pelican as a colonial gentleman, well-dressed and with ponytail, holding umbrella in one hand and rod in the other that has a pair of attached tin litho ducks in polka-dot outfits. Pelican has tin litho legs, rest of figure is celluloid. 1930s. Toy works and pelican walks forward as if he is taking his ducks on a walk. Scattered trace of aging. VF.
