Item Description
From 1932 for the movie theater clubs that were formed around the country. Produced by Fisch & Co. of Los Angeles, Calif. and featured on one of the pages from the Mickey Mouse and Silly Symphonies film exhibitors catalogue (example page is shown on page #106 of Disneyana by Munsey). Vest has overall size of 16x16”. Club emblem featuring Mickey Mouse silk-screened on front while on the back is a large 13” tall silk-screened image of Mickey Mouse. Front has a pair of wood buttons and string to keep the vest closed. Moderate all-over dust soiling. Couple of tiny insect holes on back, but only one actually goes entirely through the felt. Orange color remains deep and strong, silk-screened designs are bold and distinct. Fine. Rare, we have only offered one other vest in our 44 years.
