4.5x4.5” on nice quality parchment-like paper. 1930s by G. Delgado, London, England. Front features Mickey hanging from a lamppost with text “I Got Rather Hung Up.” Opens to reveal him greeting Pluto with text “So That Is Why I Am Late In Wishing You A Happy Birthday.” Nicely highlighted by silver ink design. As folded, inside back blank panel has been inscribed, so images are not affected in any way. Has 2” split to top center edge as folded. Clean appearance and remains VF.
