Item Description
This 1941 Ovaltine premium is all brass with large wing designs on each side while the top has a brass cover over a blade which spins when blown to produce a siren whistle. Whistle works properly but does require significant lung power to get it started. About 90% luster remains and example is Exc. Scarce.
