c. 1942. 9.5x29” showing both flags and both leaders but only Chinese text. Three minor horizontal folds as issued and very st. ripple to upper left and bottom margin edges from earlier shrink wrap. Clean and displays N. Mint. Only example we’ve seen. From the Morry Greener Collection.
